What is the MFHA Diversity Network? The Diversity Networks, formerly known as Regional Councils, are groups of MFHA members and member companies that organize local events and help deliver MFHA programs in specific regions. These networks help MFHA share its knowledge and extend its reach to create more diversity champions.
Purpose of the Networks:The Networks, with MFHA direction and input, identify local and regional issues relevant to diversity and inclusion on which MFHA can add value.
MFHA delivers Professional Development Workshops through its Diversity Networks on a regular basis as well. The 2010 regions include Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Dallas.
This is achieved through a series of events including our Diversity Network Professional Development Series, Biannual Conference, Minority Business Matchmaking and The Showcase of the StarsTM career program.
The theme of the 2010 Professional Development Series is: Navigating the Corporate Landscape. Under this overall theme, the workshops will focus on three different topics, including:
