For more than 25 years, MFHA has helped advance the industry’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, operating as a  “think tank,” developer, and repository for culturally responsive best practices and solutions.  As an affiliate of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), MFHA’s mission includes expanding economic prosperity and equality for minorities through workforce development and restaurant ownership.
