The 2025 MFHA Roundtable series will equip organizations with a roadmap to unlock their full potential and drive indispensability among employees and guests. This year’s Roundtable series will explore how cultural intelligence can build collaborative teams, enhance communication, and develop future-ready industry leaders. Erika Cospy Carr is a dynamic leader and champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion with nearly 20 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Known for her authentic leadership style and ability to build impactful relationships, Erika consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for clients, customers, and communities. As the leader of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), Erika leverages her strategic acumen and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) experience to ensure initiatives effectively address industry challenges and create tangible impact. Erika’s leadership will be pivotal in advancing MFHA’s goals and reinforcing its commitment to creating a more equitable industry for all.

Carice is the author of “Intelligence Isn’t Enough”, published in 2022. She has presented insights from her book to blue-chip organizations, such as Google, Bain & Company, Bloomberg, JP Morgan Chase, and Accenture, just to name a few. At McKinsey & Company, Carice managed a leadership development program for early-career professionals as a Professional Development Manager. Carice has also worked for top companies such as Deloitte and Korn Ferry. She relocated back to the USA after living in South Africa for 10 years with her husband Fungayi. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Emory University. Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream operates 12 ice cream shops with 200 employees, and pints available in nearly 200 grocery stores in Western Washington state. Molly Moon’s aims to create the most delicious ice creams, life changing jobs, and welcoming spaces in every neighborhood in the Seattle region. Molly graduated from the University of Montana, where she served as Student Body President, with a B.S. in Journalism. She went on to found Music for America, an organization that partnered with bands and music venues to register and turn out young people to vote. In 2008, Molly started Molly Moon’s, building it to be a leader in living wages and benefits for employees, local and sustainable food business practices, pay transparency and philanthropic giving. A granddaughter of small business owners and Idaho Democrats, Molly has worked to ensure that Molly Moon’s embodies her original family values. She has advocated for fair business practices and worker rights on the local, state, and national levels, helping to win minimum-wage increases, paid safe and sick time, secure scheduling, and paid family and medical leave for workers in her region. She is a leader on living wages and benefits, and advocacy for working parents, and leads a 100% pay- transparent company. Molly Moon’s has been featured in Food & Wine and Bon Appetit, for making and scooping some of the nation’s most delectable ice cream, all with the objective of making the world better one scoop at a time.

Lexi Redmond is an I/O Practitioner and Manager for Organizational Development with Dine Brands Global. Leveraging her consulting experience in leadership development and community engagement, Lexi aims to make work better for all by analyzing needs and pain points, sharing stories, and highlighting the experiences and voices of underrepresented communities. She has contributed her research and insights to publications, such as the Journal of Business and Psychology, HR Florida, and Forbes. She is passionate about increasing levels of representation in her field and served as a Committee Lead for Blacks in IO. She received her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in International I/O where her areas of focus were Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Culture, and the impact they have on Leadership and Teams in the workplace. In addition, she holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, Cultivating Inclusion, and the Intercultural Development Inventory. Lexi currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
Bradley Stuckey is a dedicated and forward-thinking leader in human resources. With over a decade of progressive experience at Cracker Barrel, Bradley has cultivated a deep understanding of employee relations, organizational dynamics, and inclusive leadership.
Bradley began his journey at Cracker Barrel in 2013 as a Shift Leader and steadily advanced through roles in employee relations, including Coordinator, Specialist, and Senior Specialist, before stepping into his current leadership role in DEIB. His career reflects a strong commitment to fostering inclusive environments where all employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. Bradley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University, a foundation that supports his ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and drive meaningful cultural change. Bradley’s work is characterized by a collaborative spirit, strategic insight, and a passion for creating workplaces where belonging is more than a value—it’s a lived experience.
Juvonda Dowell-Dulin is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and organizational development. With over a decade of progressive leadership experience, Juvonda has played a pivotal role in shaping inclusive workplace cultures and driving strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement and development. Her career at Cracker Barrel spans multiple roles, including Dispute Resolution Manager and Paralegal, showcasing her versatility and commitment to organizational excellence. Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, she held leadership positions at Strayer University, where she served as Campus Director and Admissions Manager, further honing her skills in education management and student success. Juvonda holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Strayer University, along with a Rule 31 Civil Mediation Training Certificate from Lipscomb University. Her educational background and professional journey reflect a deep dedication to empowering individuals and building equitable systems within organizations.
Nana is an accomplished and passionate Cultural Competence and Organizational Change Leader who has assisted with the structure, growth, and transformation of businesses for over 20 years. As the Principal Program Lead for the Global Impact – Better at Together team at Chick-fil-A, Nana is responsible for strategy and programmatic solutions for People Leaders and all Staff, with a focus on embedding inclusion and belonging as a part of the organization’s culture of care. She serves as a strategic thought leader, coach, and experienced diversity and inclusion practitioner. She connects business leaders’ visions to realistic outcomes, with a focus on the heart of every organization: its people. Nana’s journey in the world of inclusion, cultural intelligence, and transformational change management has spanned workforces across multiple countries and several industry-leading organizations – including airline, retail, healthcare, IT, finance, and food & beverage organizations.
